Bring your own inference. Pay for the workspace that keeps parallel agent work legible, portable, and yours.
Priced for developers whose time is expensive and whose agent workflows are getting serious.
For the first 30 days after launch, early customers can start annual plans at a founding customer discount and keep that discount while their subscription remains continuous.
Annual plans include a 14-day refund window.
hob is built for developers who already use Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, terminals, multiple repos, and parallel sessions.
Your subscriptions, routing choices, history, and habits stay yours. hob optimizes around the inference engines you bring.
hob is the local-first workspace layer around serious agent work, not a model subscription or token bundle.

hob is for developers who already use agent CLIs as part of real engineering work, not casual prompting. If you run Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, terminals, multiple repos, or parallel agent sessions daily, hob gives that work one durable, local-first workspace.
hob probably is not worth it if you only use AI coding tools occasionally or mostly chat with one model in one app. hob is built for developers whose agent workflows are frequent enough that organization, history, portability, and control matter.
No. hob is not a model provider and does not resell tokens. You bring the agent CLIs, model accounts, API keys, and routing choices you already use. hob gives those tools an independent workspace around them.
Claude, Codex, Cursor, and other tools give you model access or editor-specific AI workflows. hob gives you the independent workspace layer around that work: parallel sessions, terminals, local history, workspaces, remote access, and provider portability.
Cursor is an editor-centered AI coding environment with bundled model access. That can be useful, but bundled inference naturally pulls your workflow toward one vendor's models, routing, and history. hob takes the opposite approach: it stays out of the inference path and gives your agent sessions, terminals, workspaces, history, and remote access an independent place to live across the tools and providers you already use.
For the first 30 days after launch, early customers can start on Founding Customer annual pricing. Keep your founding customer discount for as long as your subscription remains continuous. If standard pricing changes later, the discount continues to apply to the then-current plan price.
Annual Personal Standard and Personal Pro plans include a perpetual Standard fallback license. If you cancel after 12 continuous months, you keep permanent access to the Standard tier of hob; it just stops receiving updates. The Standard fallback license does not include remote access. Monthly and Business plans do not include a Standard fallback license.
Yes. Annual plans include a 14-day refund window.
Yes, if you are an individual buying hob for yourself. Personal licenses can be used for your own professional work. If hob is being used inside a business, bought by a company, reimbursed by an employer, or managed as part of a company engineering workflow, it needs a Business license.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. Discounts remain active only while the subscription remains continuous.
hob runs locally and stores agent conversations in a local database on your device. Regular hob service traffic is limited to read-only checks like app updates and model-list updates; agent work goes between you and whatever agent provider you already use, such as Anthropic or OpenAI. hob is the interface, not the middleman. If you use Pro's remote access relay, traffic is carried over secure WebSockets and encrypted again by hob before it reaches our infrastructure. The relay forwards encrypted frames; it does not have the plaintext needed to read your workspace or session data. You can always use your own networking instead if you prefer zero third-party involvement.
Business is for company-managed engineering workflows and employee seats. Enterprise is for larger deployments with custom procurement, security, deployment, source access or escrow, or self-hosting requirements. Smaller teams should start with Business.
